She's... Rinoa Rocket. Daughter of Elias Rocket, one of the most importante engineers of High Gates. After her father's dissapearance, she was taken by her uncle Andrew.
When she was small, she had an accident with which she lost an arm. Right now, the arm is not working properly. It trembles a lot, sometimes it takes out tools that you don't expect... As the daughter of Rocket, she was also born with a wrench under her arm, although she's too lazy to get into giant projects. She prefers to spend that time at the bar, winning some money on betting.
But not everyone knows Rinoa Rocket's hidden a huge secret...
She's actually called Rhiannon, and she's a fairy. About 98 years old. But since fairies age more slowly, she has to pretend she's 19. And why does she have to hide her condition? Well, because there are bounty hunters who are dedicated to chasing and exterminating all kinds of magical creatures. What have they done to achieve this? She doesn't even know it herself. She saw how many of her fairy parents were captured (including his mother) and never heard from them again.
She was wandering around the continent, looking for her parents, until finally, tired and defeated, she ended up returning to The Rockets, where her uncle's son, Andrew, welcomed her.
